Communication and cooperationCreating collective harmony through musicTruly listening to one another, finding one’s place, adjusting one’s pace to that of others, tuning in to form a whole: there are many reasons why team members choose to take part in a musical experience with Seven. During an immersive, collective training session, participants are guided step by step through the exploration of African percussion: djembe, dundun, krin, shekere, balafon. They discover that each instrument has its own voice and role, while contributing to the balance of the ensemble. They then continue the experience with an introduction to polyrhythm: several distinct rhythms that, once layered, create a shared harmony. It is a journey that engages mutual listening, adaptability, and intuitive coordination—essential skills for working and making decisions together more effectively. At Seven, we tailor the experience to the team’s context and needs. While music is a powerful catalyst for collective insight, other immersive workshops also make it possible to explore group dynamics and collective decision-making from different perspectives. We work with experienced facilitators who know how to create a space of trust and creativity. Their role: to guide without directing, inspire without imposing, and help each participant find their own rhythm within the group. Thanks to their keen understanding of collective dynamics, they know how to support the building of a group, help it grow together, establish practices that reflect who they are, and elevate their collective potential.2 half-daysIn person (Paris)

Capturing your audience’s interest also means touching them at the deepest level of their being and eliciting genuine emotions. To do this, self-confidence—as well as confidence in your message and in your ability to influence—is necessary to have impact. Yet many of us are not comfortable speaking in front of an audience. Communication and cooperationStrengthen team cohesion through team buildingBuilding a high-performing team is key for any organization. During interactive workshops, participants will explore the right actions to take to build a strong team. They will work on the vision for a collective project, which will lead them to identify the core values that inspire them individually and collectively, and to align around a powerful shared message. HR and inclusionTaking action against discrimination and microaggressionsBeing faced with a situation of discrimination or microaggression at work can cause hesitation: fear of doing the wrong thing, saying the wrong thing, overstepping one’s role, or creating tension. Yet not reacting can help problematic situations take root. Taking action therefore means understanding one’s room for maneuver, identifying the most appropriate stance, and having concrete reference points to intervene appropriately in such situations. In this training, participants will learn to analyze situations of discrimination and microaggressions, choose an appropriate stance, and intervene constructively. Through practical scenarios, role-playing, and analysis of real-life cases, they will develop operational reflexes to reframe a situation of discrimination or microaggression, support the people concerned, and contribute to a respectful and inclusive work environment.1 dayIn person (Paris) or remote

HR and inclusionUnderstanding and identifying discrimination based on originDiscrimination related to origin is not always visible. It can be expressed directly, but also more indirectly, through decisions, behaviors, or habits embedded in everyday work life. Understanding these mechanisms means paying attention to what truly influences our perceptions: our assumptions, our biases, and the way we interpret situations. In this training, participants will learn how to set a clear framework, decode the cognitive mechanisms at work, and identify risky situations, including the most subtle ones. Through case studies, role-playing exercises, and group discussions, they will develop clear reference points to recognize warning signs, step back from their practices, and better understand inclusion issues within their work environment.1 dayIn person (Paris) or remote
