The role
What is a Chief of Staff?
The Chief of Staff role is growing fast, yet it is still little understood, little structured and rarely taught. It is becoming essential for leaders who must decide faster, communicate better and steer ever more complex organizations.
BeCoS was designed as a field program: intensive training, built with Chiefs of Staff, to learn the job alongside the people who actually do it.
- 01Workshops drawn from real casesA Chief of Staff must be up and running soon after taking the job: you put the tools into practice in simulations drawn from real cases.
- 02A Chief of Staff on every topicEach topic brings in a Chief of Staff in post, alongside our trainers, to share their methods and their day-to-day.
- 03Support that lastsAfter the course, we support you in your job search, and you join the BeCoS alumni community.
