Training
The Seven method
Tailor-made training, built from your challenges and your work situations. In person, remote or blended: we choose the format with you, then follow five phases.
Explore our training
- Framing01A first conversation about your context, your challenges and your teams; the trainers then assess each participant's context and level.
- Design02The program is co-designed with you, from your real work situations, and adjusted to your group.
- Deployment03We choose the format together, in person, remote or blended, and share material beforehand: theory, extracts, videos, reading.
- Delivery04Rhythmic sessions that alternate input, simulations, role plays and workshops, each followed by a debrief.
- Follow-up05Learning is assessed through a practical case, a simulation or a questionnaire, a certificate of completion is issued, and the course can grow into a longer program.
