Privacy policy

What happens to the information you give us on this site, and how to exercise your rights.

Who is responsible

SEVEN, a simplified joint-stock company, 5 rue Moret, 75011 Paris, is responsible for the data collected on this site. For any question: contact@byseven.co.

The data we receive

When you write to us through the contact form, we receive what you enter in it:

  • your name, your work email and your organization;
  • the type of need and your message;
  • if you give them: your phone number, the topic, the number of participants, the challenge and the deadline;
  • the page of the site your request came from.

To limit abusive sending, the IP address a request comes from is used to cap the number of requests (five every ten minutes); it is not recorded with your request. To avoid duplicates, a fingerprint of the request is kept in memory for a day.

Why

To answer your request, point you to the right person, then follow up on our exchanges. We use this data for nothing else, and we never sell it or pass it on to third parties without your prior consent.

Legal basis

These processing operations rest on your request: we carry them out to follow it up (steps taken at your request before any contract) and, for limiting abusive sending, on our legitimate interest in protecting the form.

Who has access

The Seven team in charge of answering your request.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as needed to answer it and follow up on our exchanges.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no analytics cookie before you agree. With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (heatmaps and session replays, via analytics cookies); the data is processed by Microsoft.

Your choice is kept in your browser. You can change your mind at any time via “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing, and ask for it to be restricted or transferred. Write to contact@byseven.co.

If you feel your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
