Develop an inclusive company culture
Developing an inclusive company culture means sharing common reference points, clarifying concepts, and aligning practices at all levels of the organization. A clear framework helps secure exchanges, facilitate understanding of the issues at stake, and create a coherent collective dynamic. Establishing an inclusive culture therefore requires structuring an approach that is understood and supported by all stakeholders. In this training, participants will learn how to build a common language, understand the challenges for their organization, and structure an approach suited to their context. Through practice analyses, case studies, and moments of collective reflection, they will identify concrete levers to steer their actions, engage the different stakeholders, and sustainably foster a culture of inclusion within their work environment.

HR and inclusion
HR and inclusionTaking action against discrimination and microaggressionsBeing faced with a situation of discrimination or microaggression at work can cause hesitation: fear of doing the wrong thing, saying the wrong thing, overstepping one’s role, or creating tension. Yet not reacting can help problematic situations take root. Taking action therefore means understanding one’s room for maneuver, identifying the most appropriate stance, and having concrete reference points to intervene appropriately in such situations. In this training, participants will learn to analyze situations of discrimination and microaggressions, choose an appropriate stance, and intervene constructively. Through practical scenarios, role-playing, and analysis of real-life cases, they will develop operational reflexes to reframe a situation of discrimination or microaggression, support the people concerned, and contribute to a respectful and inclusive work environment.1 dayIn person (Paris) or remote
HR and inclusionUnderstanding and identifying discrimination based on originDiscrimination related to origin is not always visible. It can be expressed directly, but also more indirectly, through decisions, behaviors, or habits embedded in everyday work life. Understanding these mechanisms means paying attention to what truly influences our perceptions: our assumptions, our biases, and the way we interpret situations. In this training, participants will learn how to set a clear framework, decode the cognitive mechanisms at work, and identify risky situations, including the most subtle ones. Through case studies, role-playing exercises, and group discussions, they will develop clear reference points to recognize warning signs, step back from their practices, and better understand inclusion issues within their work environment.1 dayIn person (Paris) or remote
